Experience
- Min 1 year experience in same field
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a positive brand experience.
Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner
Resolve issues effectively, going above and beyond to meet guest expectations
Provide accurate and detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and policies
Maintain a clean and organized guest service area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment
Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement in service levels
Provide support to other hotel departments as needed
Adhere to all hotel and industry regulations and standards
3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., PMS, CRM)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and email etiquette
Ability to use telephone, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant equipment
4. Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a guest-facing or customer service role
Familiarity with the hospitality industry preferred
Proficient in using social media and online platforms to engage with guests
