1. Overview:

Housekeeping Department

•             GSA - 13k to 14k in hand + Food + Accommodation + ESI +PF

Roles and responsibility

-          Room making

-          Cleaning and dusting work

-          Moping and scrubbing work

-          Toilet and washroom cleaning of rooms

-          Public area cleaning

Experience

-          Min 1 year experience in same field

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a positive brand experience.

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner

  • Resolve issues effectively, going above and beyond to meet guest expectations

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and policies

  • Maintain a clean and organized guest service area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment

  • Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement in service levels

  • Provide support to other hotel departments as needed

  • Adhere to all hotel and industry regulations and standards

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., PMS, CRM)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer literacy and email etiquette

  • Ability to use telephone, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant equipment

4. Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

5. Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a guest-facing or customer service role

  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry preferred
