THE VENUE 

Pacific Electric is a 750-capacity music venue where fans and artists come together to share in an electrifying moment - a ‘lightning in a bottle’ entertainment experience. Set in a historic warehouse, it pairs the raw energy of live performance with refined hospitality and thoughtful design and will act as a cultural conduit where local creatives and global talent intersect. 

THE ROLE 

The Guest Service Associate is the primary touchpoint for guests, dedicated to providing seamless entry, clear guidance, and proactive assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Entry & Flow

  • Scan tickets and manage access control points, directing guests with clarity and warmth..
  • Remain calm and composed in all situations, identifying solutions quickly.

Guest Amenities & Services

  • Manage the coat check operation, ensuring accurate intake, secure storage, and efficient retrieval of guest belongings.
  • Process transactions related to ancillary services (e.g., coat check fees) accurately using the designated system.

Team & Compliance

  • Monitor guest flow and uphold venue policies, acting as a resource for safety compliance and proactively resolving minor issues
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with the team.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/local alcohol service regulations, as well as Health & Safety.
  • Perform additional support tasks and duties to assist coworkers or as requested by leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES

  • Experience in a high-volume venue or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods throughout a shift.

COMPENSATION $25/hr
