Position Summary

TerraBella Southern Pines is seeking a licensed Hair Stylist to serve as an Independent Contractor two (2) days per week, providing salon services to our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. This role is ideal for a stylist who is professional, compassionate, and enjoys working with seniors in a supportive, community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, shampoo and style, perms, and other salon services as requested.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.

• Adhere to all state, local, and community infection control and safety standards.

• Engage with residents in a courteous and friendly manner, creating a positive salon experience.

• Maintain appropriate licensing and liability coverage as required for independent contractors.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license in the State of North Carolina.

• Experience working with senior clients preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage scheduling.

• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.

Contract Details
