Combining certified textured hair expertise, nurturing care for hair health and true luxury hospitality touches, we aim to break down the barriers that have held those with texture back from feeling their best. In our hands, a simple blow-out becomes an affordable mini-luxury that not only makes our clients feel uniquely beautiful, but will forever change the standards of the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform flawless silk blowouts on all types of textured hair
• Educate clients on the art of textured hair care
• Sell add-on services, retail products, and our VIP memberships
• Provide a luxury, customer experience through client interactions - we also serve mimosas and other beverages!
• Maintain studio cleanliness

Requirements

• A current and valid Texas cosmetology license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Amazing styling and finishing techniques
• A strong work ethic with a “go-getter” attitude
• Experience with the round brush technique is a plus!
• Looking for Full-time stylists for Plano
• Must work a committed weekday PM shift and weekend shift

Essential Functions

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, such as holding and manipulating blow dryers, round brushes, flat irons, and scissors.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to reach overhead to perform styling & cleaning tasks.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to access styling tools, assist customers, and/or maintain Studio cleanliness.
