Responsibilities

As a Working Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery, installation, and construction of cubicles for our clients. You will lead a team of skilled installers and work alongside them to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Project Management:
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of cubicle installation technicians.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to team members.
Installation and Construction:
  • Work hands-on with the team to deliver, install, and construct cubicles.
  • Ensure that installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to installations.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct quality inspections to guarantee the highest level of craftsmanship.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes.
Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce and promote safety protocols on job sites.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
The essential functions of this role include:
  • manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • standing for 8 hours at one time
