Responsible for component selection and qualification, schematic design, and single-board debugging.Conduct pre-research on hardware technologies for electronic products, including the application of new components, technologies, and processes.Handle component packaging design, PCB design, BOM preparation, and creation of processing documents for electronic products.Follow up on PCBA manufacturing and perform PCBA DFM-related tasks.Assist in full-product debugging and hardware testing activities.Requirement Analysis & Design Planning: Participate in product requirement reviews, lead hardware design planning, complete critical component selection, qualification, and technical liaison with suppliers.Schematic & PCB Design: Use tools like Altium Designer to complete multi-layer, high-speed, high-density PCB design, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI performance.Simulation & Validation: Conduct circuit simulation, thermal simulation, and structural simulation to identify design risks early, develop test plans, and complete design validation.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with software, mechanical, testing, project management, and supply chain teams to drive on-time, high-quality project deliveryTechnical Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide technical support to production and after-sales, participate in quality issue analysis, and drive design iteration and cost optimization.Design Documentation & Process Compliance: Prepare hardware design documents, test specifications, BOMs, and production files, ensuring the development process complies with functional safety processes like APQP and ISO 26262.
