Role: HARDWARE SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Location: Urbandale, IA (Onsite)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Electronics/component engineer, focused on Ethernet and CAN protocols, and connector designs.
• Writing hardware requirements docs
• Writing Software feature requirements, time protocol requirements
• Coupling Software-hardware integration
• Strong RF background.
• GNSS preferred, but other RF experience would also be acceptable.

Required Skills:

• Strong RF background
• GNSS preferred, but other RF experience would also be acceptable
• 3-5 years of electronic hardware experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience in a team environment
• 3-5 years experience writing hardware and software requirements documents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Understanding of product development phases
