Essential Job Functions:

Job Title: Administrator - HCL Domino Administrator

Duration: Long Term (2+ years)

Client need a senior-level specialist to lead a complete upgrade and modernization of their entire HCL Domino/Notes environment. They aren't just looking for a general IT person; they need a specific expert to:

1. Upgrade Core Infrastructure: Take their existing Domino servers from version 12 to the latest version 14.x on Windows Server.
2. Modernize the Platform: Implement new HCL products like Domino Leap (for low-code apps) and Domino Nomad (for mobile access).
3. Manage Complex Integrations: Ensure that existing applications work after the upgrade and continue to integrate properly with their IBM DB2 databases.
4. Provide Long-Term Stability: Serve as a staff augmentation resource for the DFA Network Team for a multi-year project (2+ years) to ensure the upgrade is successful and knowledge is transferred to their internal team.

Required Skills/Experience

To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• A four-year degree from an accredited school with a preferred field of study in an IT specific area Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems & Network Administration, or like field.
• Five (5) years of Domino administration and Notes support with version upgrade and patching experience included.
• Five (5) or more years of network infrastructure, Windows Server, and DB2/ODBC experience.
• Five (5) or more years of general IT experience.
• Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills.
