Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire our kitchen team to create innovative tapas dishes that showcase the best of Indian, American, and Latino culinary traditions

- Develop and refine our tapas menu, ensuring a unique and unforgettable dining experience for our guests

- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety

- Collaborate with management to plan special events, seasonal menus, and themed nights

- Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with a focus on tapas or small plates

- Extensive knowledge of Indian, American, and Latino cuisines and culinary techniques

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Creative and innovative approach to menu development

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in managing kitchen inventory and ensuring efficient stock control
