IndustryApparel & Fashion TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a General Manager for its Amazon business, with a focus on premium children's and family apparel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development and management of the Amazon channel, including P&L ownership, commercial strategy, marketplace operations, performance marketing, and customer acquisition. This role demands a strong general manager with a background in commercial leadership and recent, in-depth experience on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a marketplace business, particularly within the premium children's or family apparel sector, and will be adept at managing the complexities of SKU structures, seasonalities, and brand-sensitive promotional strategies. Applicants for this role at the company should have approximately 7-10 years' of e-commerce, marketplace, or digital commerce experience, with at least three years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience. The role requires a candidate who is analytical, commercially disciplined, and capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include setting and achieving revenue and growth targets, leading Seller Central operations, managing the external Amazon agency, and collaborating with various internal teams. The General Manager will also be expected to provide senior leadership with clear reporting, insights, and recommendations.
