What Will You Do:
- serve as a SME on all things GenAI
- lead a team of Data Scientists on NLP / LLMs / RAG best practices that enable the Organization to reap the full benefits of GenAI that positively impact strategic customer and operational initiatives
- partner with Product teams to develop GenAI use cases that deepen customer engagement by launching new customer experiences and products
- mentor Data Scientists to leverage NLP / GenAI techniques on text, images, videos, voice data enabling call center reps to answer customer questions in an accurate and efficient manner
- keep abreast of AI trends and advancements in GenAI, continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, methodologies, buy vs. build solutions
- create compelling AI based value solutions, work cross-organizationally to build consensus, strategically influence partners to adopt AI backed solutions for business gains
- manage: stakeholders during AI solution design, project execution, and model deployment into production
- manage a high-performing team of Data Scientists and AI researchers that foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation

- full-time role (mix of onsite + WFH options can be worked out)
Responsibilities/Experience:
- must have a Masters or PhD in a highly technical discipline
- significant years of experience working in Advanced Data Science
- must have people management experience leading an Advanced Data Science function
- prior hands-on experiences within Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP. Leader who truly gets it!
- intellectual curiosity within AI to onboard new technologies and methodologies including generative AI (ChatGPT, LaMDA, Bard, LLMs, NLP, RAG)
- must have polished communication, consultative background within Data Science to influence strategic partners and eloquently advocate the powers of AI adoption
