Team Intro
As the Head of Finance, you will act as a thought partner, domain expert, and leader who will directly oversee the financial health and operations of U.S. Data Security. You will partner closely with the U.S. Data Security leadership team to provide insightful and quality financial advice and plans as well as liaise with our corporate partners to drive consistency across the organization.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150670 - $291800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Responsibilities
- Develop effective and efficient finance organizational strategies and establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Analyze the department's financial strengths and weaknesses and propose strategic directions.
- Establish financial and accounting operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, resolving problems, and implementing change.
- Recommend and build solutions to improve the department's budgeting, accounting, and tax compliance processes.
- Prepare managerial financial reports and rolling forecasts, track business financial health and perform related financial analysis.
- Partner closely with Human Resources, Enterprise Services and broader Finance teams to manage headcount and extended workforce costs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on identifying financial opportunities, efficiencies, and process improvements
- Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, data building, and creative thinking skills.
- Serve as a people manager, leading and empowering your own team of high-performing individuals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, and/or audit at a high growth technology start-up or well-established company.
- Ability to build, grow and lead high-performing finance and audit related teams with strong capabilities to both oversee and contribute to critical finance deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results.
- Exceptional data analytics skills. Familiarity with SQL preferred.
- Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills.
- Certified Public Accountant certification a plus.
