Control Risks VANTAGE is seeking an experienced and innovative leader to spearhead our new Investment Migration Governance division. As Head of Investment Migration Governance within VANTAGE, you will work closely with the VANTAGE Partner to shape products and execute strategies that support citizenship and residency investment migration programs for nation-states. You will have ownership of all related initiatives, products, and solutions, collaborating with our global teams in enhanced diligence, AI and data analytics, compliance, geopolitical analysis, and more.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creation of industry-leading enhanced due diligence and broader governance services and solutions.
  • Offer strategic insights to national investment units, government bodies and members of the national Executive, national banks, related agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Represent the division at relevant global conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven senior management experience in risk and compliance, particularly within the investment migration sector
  • Strong understanding of global compliance regulations impacting national security considerations in Caribbean and European nations offering citizenship or residency-by-investment programs
  • Deep knowledge of geopolitics, history, and political structures of relevant nations involved in investment migration
  • Strong market knowledge and demonstrated ability to cultivate commercial relationships and partnerships
  • Highly credible with strong presentation skills
  • Strong English-language verbal and written communication skills

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
