RESPONSIBILITIESProduct & Service Ideation• Merumuskan konsep produk/jasa baru berbasis market insight• Bekerja sama dengan tim product, technology, dan business unitMarket Discovery & Insight• Melakukan riset pasar kuantitatif & kualitatif (industry, customer, competitor)• Mengidentifikasi unmet needs, pain points, dan peluang baruValidation & Experimentation• Melakukan market validation (interview, pilot project, PoC, MVP)• Mengukur product–market fit sebelum komersialisasiBusiness Case Development• Menyusun feasibility study, pricing model, dan value proposition• Menghitung potensi revenue, cost, dan risikoStrategic Recommendation• Memberikan rekomendasi go / no-go kepada manajemen• Menyusun roadmap produk/jasa baruCross-Function Collaboration• Bekerja erat dengan Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, dan Legal• Mendukung handover ke tim Sales setelah produk tervalidasiQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldProven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationshipsExperience in identifying market needs for product development or sourcing from partners is a plusFamiliarity with SaaS products and proven ability to drive revenue growth in this areaAbility to analyze complex market data and develop effective strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close dealsStrong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain partnershipsUnderstanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in using CRM software and other business development toolsResults-oriented with a proactive attitudeStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsAdaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
