Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Slip Robotics' vision, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the robotics industry.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Customer Focus: Advocate for customer needs and ensure that product development is customer-centric, addressing pain points and enhancing user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Roadmap Management: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role within the robotics or related technology industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Skills: Strong understanding of robotics technology, market dynamics, and customer needs. Proven track record of launching successful products.

Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.

Customer-Centric: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems. Experience with user-centered design and customer feedback loops.
