We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales who will be responsible for building and leading a team of sales professionals to meet the company sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
What makes you the ideal candidate:
- Minimum 10 years sales leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in Experiential Marketing or related industries
- Consultative selling expert
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Ability to write comprehensive proposals and contracts
- Good negotiation skills
- Problem solver
- Recruit, hire, train and lead productive sales people
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Work collaboratively across teams
- Obsessed with using the latest sales enablement technologies to achieve results
- Fully formed adult
- Not a shithead
