Job Description:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to support the company's growth objectives. Ensure alignment with business goals and workforce planning.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team. Foster a high-performance culture and provide guidance to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.

  • Talent Strategy: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies and processes to attract top-tier talent. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment efforts and outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition matters.

  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote Augmentjobs' employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Leverage various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

  • Recruitment Analytics: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive decision-making and improve hiring processes. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance and outcomes.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and implement diversity and inclusion strategies within the recruitment process. Ensure that talent acquisition practices support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to recruitment activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams. Strong ability to inspire and motivate team members.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives. Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making and improvements.

  • Technology: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Familiarity with social media and digital recruitment tools.

  • Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Experience implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are a plus.
