Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate Attorney to join their Regulatory and Policy team in Dallas, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to engage in complex legal matters, including healthcare litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft motions. Manage written discovery processes. Participate in healthcare litigation and related legal matters. Engage in class actions and commercial disputes. Collaborate with team members on arbitration cases. Requirements 4 to 7 years of litigation experience. Experience in health care is a plus, but not required. Excellent academic credentials. Highly developed writing and analytical skills. Membership in the state bar or eligibility for admission by waiver. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications State Bar membership or eligibility for admission by waiver. Skills Strong legal research and writing abilities. Proficient in drafting legal documents and motions.
