Role Description

The Health Consultant is a full-time, on-site position located in Lynnwood, WA. In this role, you will engage with clients to identify their health needs, provide expert advice, and develop tailored health plans. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, improving documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications 

• Fluent or native proficiency in Korean 
• Typing speed 30+ wpm in both English and Korean 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• 18+ years of age 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Proficiency in computer skills and use of office software 
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written 
• Professional business demeanor
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach to providing solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and independently manage client consultations

Nice to Have 

• College or University Education 
• Strong Excel skills 
• Interest in streamlining business processes with technology 

Salary:

$35,000 - $100,000
