We currently have an opening for a Health Information Specialist in our Health Information Management department, which is a crucial part of our healthcare organization. As a Health Information Specialist, you’ll be responsible for retrieving, analyzing, and scanning medical records, as well as processing requests for release of information and other clerical duties related to health information.

Hours for the Health Information Specialist are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We’re looking for someone with knowledge of medical terminology and medical records, as well as strong computer skills. If you have at least one year of relevant experience in a healthcare office setting, that’s a definite plus.
