Job Title: Health Insurance QA & Test Analyst (Medicaid/ACA Eligibility & Enrollment, ETL, Cognos, X12 13+ Years Exp)

Location: Menands, NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems and enterprise-level applications.
• Proven experience analyzing complex business processes and creating, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans.
• Demonstrated experience documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes and enhancements.
• Strong experience preparing clear and effective written communications for business owners, IT program team members, and management.
• Experience working with Health Insurance programs, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Medicaid, with a focus on Eligibility and Enrollment systems (non healthcare delivery).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, batch processing, Rational Quality Manager (RQM), report development using IBM Cognos, and HIPAA-compliant X12 EDI transaction formats.
• Experience reviewing and evaluating technical specifications to ensure alignment and compliance with defined business objectives and requirements.
• Experience developing test scenarios and test cases based on documented design use cases; executing test cycles, analyzing results, and documenting defects using defect management tools.
