Job Description:

• Health attorney for small law firm concentrating on representation of physicians, nurses, mental health counselors, pharmacists, health professionals and health facilities. Located in Northeast Orlando (Winter Park/Maitland/Altamonte Springs/Longwood) area.
• Exceptionally interesting work involving a rapidly expanding area of law. Great growth and career potential. Clients are highly educated health professionals.
• Applicants must be self-starters and have excellent academic credentials. Administrative law, health law, litigation or contract law experience will be helpful. Health care background will be helpful. Experience in insurance defense work, specially producing billable hours, is a big plus. Health Law certificate or LL.M. in Health Law also a plus.
• We practice in many areas of health law, transactional, business and litigation, representing doctors, nurses, dentists and health facilities.
• All work is required to be in-person in office in Altamonte Springs, Florida, suburb of Orlando.
• Excellent continuing legal education and professional education provided.

Requirements:

• Must be a member of The Florida Bar and reside in Central Florida.
• Occasional out-of-town work and travel may be required.
