Job Description:Coordinating the implementation of HSE programs, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a strong and sustainable safety culture across the organization.Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.Certified in AK3 Umum and SMK3 Auditor.Strong understanding of HSE standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001Proven experience in HSE, especially in risk management, audit, and compliance.Strong analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
