Healthcare AI Value Strategy Consultant role dedicated to payer and provider clients.
Responsibilities
Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data‑led business reinvention across payer and provider organizations.
Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI, and data into business processes.
Co‑create solutions with payer clients, moving quickly from idea to working solution.
Support definition and structuring of an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets, and AI technologies.
Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
Define building blocks to convert to an AI‑first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future‑ready operating model.
Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap, including revenue upside and cost‑takeout opportunities, and define value tracking after deployment.
Infuse Responsible AI into the vision and roadmap, develop partner plans, and define operating model fostering innovation and experimentation.
Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
Create strategy for AI‑first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 4 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, including Enterprise & Function‑Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Value Realization and Management, Data Management, Data Analysis, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI.
Minimum 4 years of high‑value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
Minimum 4 years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
Minimum 2 years delivering in the healthcare industry (payer or provider).
Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on experience using Claude or an equivalent frontier AI tool.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with healthcare data, interoperability, and regulatory environment (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
Professional Skills
Strong program management and communication skills.
Driven and entrepreneurial; ability to originate and shape new deals, lead client conversations, and conduct go‑to‑market activities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent leadership and people skills; proven ability to build effective teams and foster an inclusive environment.
Experience bringing innovative ideas to projects.

Travel
Up to 80 percent travel; additional travel as required by client expectations.
