They are a third-generation family-run business that are continuing to develop the Texas skyline.The Projects: Projects span through corporate, retail, interiors, mixed-use, K-12, healthcare, mission critical, residential, senior living, higher education, industrial and worship market sectors.The Role: We are looking for a Project Manager to join the company’s Healthcare division. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction is required as well as working on ground-up construction projects larger than $10M. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinating and managing resources, including subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Duties include defining project objectives, developing detailed construction schedules, managing on-site team performance, and ensuring effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers.What's in it for you?
