Insight Global is looking for a Call Center Representative for a healthcare insurance company in Boca Raton, FL. This person will be responsible for educating potential clients about the insurance options available to them during the open enrollment period. Responsibilities:Customer Assistance: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding healthcare insurance plans, coverage options, and enrollment procedures.Enrollment Support: Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand their choices and complete necessary documentation accuratelyIssue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and accurate informationDocumentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutionsCompliance: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies, healthcare regulations, and privacy standardsEducation: Educate customers on plan benefits, coverage details, and any changes to their existing plansCommunication: Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, demonstrating patience and understanding. Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service call center environment Previous experience in the healthcare insurance industry specifically during the open enrollment processStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle high call volumes and work under pressureBasic knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and terminologyProficiency in using computer systems and software applicationsCompensation:$15/hr to $22/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location
