About the Position:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer designs, develops, and maintains data infrastructure and analytics solutions to support informed decision-making and operational excellence. This role focuses on transforming raw data from multiple systems into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and data models. Working closely with clinical, financial, and operational leaders, the BI Developer ensures the integrity, performance, and usability of enterprise data and reporting systems.

What we are looking for:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field or similar work experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or database development, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general healthcare computer technology.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL development, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Experience supporting financial applications and workflow development, including Payroll (ADP) and Finance systems (Multiview, Meditech, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, finance, and reporting processes
  • Familiarity with Epic Clarity or similar Electronic Health Record (EHR) databases (preferred).
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Epic preferred).
