DaVita Kidney Care is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). The role is located at 129 Hertford County High Rd, Ahoskie, North Carolina, 279108131, United States of America. Posting Date: 12/22/2025. Role Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, directly impacting patient care and leading a cross‑functional clinical team. Key Responsibilities Place patients first by building relationships, setting clinical goals, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Serve as the clinic’s autonomous leader, managing budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to reach their full potential. Collaborate daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals.
