Role Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, directly impacting patient care and leading a cross‑functional clinical team. Key Responsibilities Place patients first by building relationships, setting clinical goals, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Serve as the clinic’s autonomous leader, managing budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to reach their full potential.
