Base pay range $86,400.00/yr - $136,000.00/yr Overview DaVita Kidney Care is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). You will be a front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, focused on patient care, team leadership and operational performance. Health care experience is not required. What You Can Expect Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve clinical goals. Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through goal setting and quality initiatives. Operate during clinic hours with autonomy and support from leadership to run your facility. Develop, mentor and inspire team members to reach their full potential. Manage clinic operations, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance. Partner with leadership to address employee and patient concerns to align with regional goals and standards. Collaborate with regional operations leadership to drive performance and improvements. Requirements Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as determined by leadership. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position). Collaborative skills to work with clinical and financial teams daily. Intermediate computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
