As a Healthcare Operations Manager (also known as Facility Administrator or "FA" internally), you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic. As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you can expect: Patients come first. Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience, preferably supervising direct reports. Background from diverse industries is welcome; leadership and management skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Adaptability, innovation, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset to work with clinical and financial teams.
