Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care, team development, and operational excellence. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Current CPR certification, or to be obtained within 60 days of hire. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with clinical and financial teams.
