Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance. Autonomy. Requirements Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire). Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Collaboration skills: work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align with business needs.
