Key Responsibilities

Project Design and Management:
- Design and oversee healthcare projects of varying sizes, from feasibility through construction administration.
- Coordinate design phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Manage bid period activities and construction administration, including site visits and coordination.

Client and Team Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, governing authorities, stakeholders, and internal team members.
- Provide clear and effective communication with all parties throughout project lifecycle.

Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications

Education and Licensure:
- Architectural degree from an accredited university (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Architectural license required (California licensure preferred).

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including small- and large-scale projects.
- At least 5 years of recent experience with OSHPD/HCAI preferred.
- Proven ability to oversee project delivery from inception to completion.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time
Salary Range:
- $120K-$150K per year
