Hearing Instrument SpecialistMust be actively licensed in is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist that wants to jump in head-first to directly contribute to the growth of our company and help us transform the lives of our customers!What you'll do on the daily: You will become part of a team which will focus on innovation topics and redefine the customer journey in the hearing care space.In a challenging and highly rewarding environment, we want you to be an essential part of our mutual success. We offer state-of-the-art hearing technologies that are reshaping people's perception of hearing aids. We seek enthusiastic, driven, and compassionate individuals to join our family.Responsibilities:Test new technology to enhance customer experienceEducate, demonstrate and train patients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our devicesDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with clientsClose interaction with the Customer Sales TeamCollect learnings and share your knowledge with the biggest independent network of audiologistsWhat you'll need:Licensed HIS or Audiologist with 1+ year fitting experienceEntrepreneurial mindset and motivation to change the industryGreat empathy, customer oriented, compassion, and enthusiasticAbility to multi-task: You're organized and able to work within a team, and have strong leadership habits with the self-discipline to be autonomous.Reliable network connectivity: You must be able to hardwire to your home network and your download speed must be above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps. We'll provide the necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.).What we offer:Flexible and Full-Time Schedule: Company working hours 8:00 am 5:00 pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (In your time zone) Monday Friday.Competitive Compensation: Base: $61,800 + monthly bonuses (OTE $100,000 120,000)Benefits Package: Full medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid parental leave, open paid time off (PTO) policy, and paid sick time and paid company holidays.Unique Culture: We are a close-knit team that values ownership, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking.
