With five locations across Arvada, Castle Rock, Greeley, Lakewood, and Louisville, the team takes a comprehensive approach to ear and hearing healthgoing beyond standard audiology services. Patients are treated as people, not transactions, with long-term relationships and trust at the center of care.Position Overview:Colorado Ear Care is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist for their Castle Rock location who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for connecting with people. This role is ideal for a provider who believes hearing healthcare is about improving quality of life.The Hearing Instrument Specialist will guide patients through their hearing journey by listening carefully, providing education, and recommending solutions that align with individual needs, lifestyles, and goals.Success in this role comes from building lasting relationships and earning trust, not from transactional sales metrics.Key Responsibilities:Conduct hearing evaluations and consultations in alignment with best clinical practices and state regulationsRecommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments based on patient needs and outcomesEducate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing technology, and realistic expectationsBuild strong, long-term relationships through empathy, follow-up care, and clear communicationProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hearing instrumentsCollaborate with audiologists and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered careRequirements:Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of ColoradoStrong clinical foundation with a patient-first mindsetNatural relationship builder who enjoys working closely with people over timeConsultative, solution-oriented approach not sales-drivenExcellent communication and listening skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a medical, team-based environmentBenefitsSalary Plus Commission Potential $105,000$115,000Medical, dental, and vision benefits (fully funded by the employer)Generous Paid-Time offMatching Retirement PlanCEU and Associations Reimbursement
