Known for its patient-first philosophy and ethical approach to care, the practice focuses on long-term relationships, education, and quality outcomes.This opportunity is being recruited by Staffing Proxy, a specialized recruiting partner in hearing healthcare.Position OverviewMLM Hearing is seeking a Hearing Care Provider (HIS, HAD, or HAS) for its Laramie and Cheyenne, Wyoming clinics. This is a full-time opportunity within practices that have been serving their communities for over 25 years and continue to offer strong growth potential.This role is ideal for a provider who values long-term patient relationships and is comfortable supporting care across multiple locations. Candidates must be willing and able to travel and work in both Laramie and Cheyenne, WY to ensure continuity of care and consistent patient experience across clinics.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive hearing evaluations in accordance with Wyoming state licensing guidelinesEducate patients on hearing loss, test results, and treatment optionsRecommend and fit hearing instruments based on individual needs and lifestyleProvide follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing patient supportPartner closely with the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to ensure a smooth patient experienceMaintain accurate patient records and a clean, professional clinic environmentRequirementsActive Hearing Instrument Specialist license in Wyoming state (or ability to obtain)Previous dispensing, fitting, sales, or service experience preferredAbility to clearly communicate test results verbally and in writingWillingness and ability to travel between Laramie and Cheyenne, WYBenefitsMedical, dental, and visionPaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Company-paid life insuranceShort-term and long-term disability
