Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to fill an opening with an Audiological Clinic located in Ocala, Florida.

Schedule of the Hearing Instrument Specialist:

  • This is for a Full-time position
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Hearing Instrument Specialist:

  • Professional interaction with patients & physicians.
  • Working with staff to meet or exceed office goals.
  • Educate patients on their hearing issues and demonstrate compassion in helping improve the quality of life.
  • Knowledgeable of different hearing aid products offering the latest technology and accessories.
  • Host outreach events, marketing campaigns and assist in growing the practice.

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is a nationwide recruitment agency, matching both new grads and advanced practitioners to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, multi-specialty groups, and private practices.

Requirements

  • Must have a Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
  • Must have mastery and understanding on hearing aid products and service.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year fitting and dispensing hearing products and providing patient care.
  • Must be passionate about helping people hear better.
  • Must have expertise in helping patients in the process of choosing amplification & providing aftercare.

Benefits

  • The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 / yr (potential base + commission).
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days of annual PTO granted Jan 1st (pro-rated for 1st year at time of hire).
  • 80 hours of Sick & Safe time annually.
  • Eight (8) company holidays.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance with the company contributing $400 per month towards premium – available 1st of the month following start date.
  • $25K of life insurance paid for by the company.
  • 401K Plan: Eligible after 90 and includes taking advantage of a 3% company match.
