The technician will perform day-to-day tasks including diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems. They will also provide excellent customer service and ensure optimal system performance. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and complying with relevant safety and industry standards. On call rotation, plus a great incentives package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and conducting Preventive Maintenance for heating and air conditioning equipment
• Residental and Commercial Experience
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction by delivering excellent service and communication
• Certification or knowledge in EPA standards and regulations is required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems is a plus
• Relevant certifications or technical training in HVAC systems are highly desirable
