Position Summary The Dozer Operator will operate the tractor and blade to level the soil, move rock and debris to other locations on the job site, and scoop out the soil. The starting rate for this position is $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. What You'll Do Operate equipment safely and efficiently under the direction of the supervisor Follow all required company and general safety rules, policies, and guidelines Level the soil, move rock and debris to other locations on the job site, and scoop out soil Perform excavation of lime, flex base, and general sub‑grade operations Recognize hazardous conditions and report them to the supervisor Communicate effectively with others using verbal and non‑verbal hand signals while operating equipment Work days, nights, and weekends as required Perform other construction‑related duties as assigned by the supervisor This job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
