Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in construction, excavation, or site development Proficiency in operating excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, graders, skid steers, and similar heavy machinery Strong understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA guidelines Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Physically capable of performing manual labor and working in various outdoor environments Ability to follow detailed instructions, read site plans, and communicate effectively with crew members Valid Montana Driver’s License or ability to obtain and maintain one Mockel Precast and Excavating Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
