Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate Front Loader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, Bull Dozer, Water Truck, Articulating Truck and any other equipment used in handling of clay material Perform general utility work Perform maintenance on equipment Skills and Experience Required for Success Previous experience in a non-climate-controlled production environment Ability to stand and walking up to 2 miles Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and provided Competencies Required for Success Integrity Teamwork Self-Motivated Education High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
