Twin City Staffing is seeking a reliable Equipment Operator to join a stable, growing team in Shakopee! This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on experience looking for a consistent schedule. If you have operated heavy equipment and are willing to learn, we can train you on additional machinery!

Location: Shakopee, MN

Wage: $20.00 – $25.00/hr. (DOQ)

Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Schedule: Consistent daytime hours; overtime may be available

Duties of the Equipment Operator:

• Operate front-end loaders, forklifts, and skid loaders
• Operate bailers and other specialized equipment
• Perform on-site truck movement (yard driving semi-trailers)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with general labor duties as needed
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals

Requirements of the Equipment Operator:

• Experience operating at least one type of equipment listed above
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• No CDL required (yard driving is on-site only)
• Willingness to learn new equipment and skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
