Role Description Rudzik Excavating, Inc. is seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator for an on-site role in Struthers, OH. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery, performing excavation tasks, maintaining equipment, and working as part of a team to complete site construction projects. Daily activities include operating a variety of heavy equipment, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and adhering to company and safety standards. Qualifications Experience in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, and excavators Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues Knowledge of excavation techniques and processes Familiarity with both new and used heavy equipment Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and operational best practices Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain certifications as required Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Prior experience in excavation or construction is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
