Help Desk Analyst Apply
Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Franklin or Madison County, Ohio
- Work Arrangement: On-Site (Candidates will work on-site in either Franklin or Madison County.)
- Contract: This is a Contract position.
- Mode of Interview: In Person.
- Candidate Requirement: Must be located within the state of Ohio and accept that travel may be required throughout the state.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and manage system access for a large user base (approximately 15,000 customers).
- Troubleshoot hardware and/or software issues independently across key areas:
- Workstation and Desktop Support
- Business Continuity
- Information Security
- Network Connectivity
- Utilize and manage the ServiceNow ticketing system for logging, tracking, and resolving technical issues.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the MS Office (O365) suite.
Required Skills & Experience (1+ Year)
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in the following areas:
- Professional experience working with computers in a Help Desk/Support role.
- Professional experience in a customer service-related role, specifically providing phone and video support for users with varying technical expertise.
- Strong Customer Service Skills are required.
Highly Desired Skills
- Previous experience with ServiceNow (1 year desired).
- CompTIA A+ Certification (1 year desired).
