Role: Help Desk Data Warehouse Location: Ewing, NJ Duration: Long Term Contract Note: Basically work will be in the warehouse. Help Desk is only the job title used. There will be no support of computers or applications for users. Description Warehouse consultant will assist in all logistical functions for handling of IT equipment including receiving, inventory, warehousing, & distribution. HOURS: Monday- Friday: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Experience lifting and moving up to 50 lbs to assist in picking, moving, and loading IT equipment for delivery. Assist in all logistical functions for handling of IT equipment including receiving, inventory, warehousing, and distribution. Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50lbs Process surplus/obsolete desktop & laptop PCs and printers by removing hard drives and staging for disposal Assist in preparing and validating inventory for distribution/delivery and in loading vehicles Assist in transporting and delivering IT equipment statewide within New Jersey Required/Desired Skills Experience assisting in conducting equipment inventory and in checking/confirming received equipment orders. Required 2 Years Experience in lifting and moving up to 50lbs to assist in picking, moving, and loading IT equipment for delivery. Required 2 Years Experience assisting in the processing and handling of obsolete IT hardware for disposal. Required 2 Years An Associate's Degree in any field from an accredited college or university. Nice to have 0 Experience with asset management. Nice to have 0 Experience with State Government.
