Help Desk Engineer Aktion Associates is a nationwide Cloud Hosting and Managed Service Provider - and we\u2019re looking to strengthen our professional services team. We’re hiring Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk Support/Network Operations Center Engineer to join our staff in the Maumee, Ohio headquarters. Core Responsibilities Provide a positive customer engagement by delivering a high level of support and timely response to customer inquiries. Resolve customers IT issues and addressing a wide range of issues with hosted servers as well as client’s networks, servers and PCs. Support business-critical areas of Aktion’s data center customer deliverables, ranging from basic user computing questions to advanced virtualization and storage. Tracking and resolving every customer request. Proven ability to solve IT issues. Required Skills/Education 3-5 years of IT Help desk support, MSP, or general IT experience desired 0-2 years of experience with Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent industry experience and certification Understanding of network and endpoint topology Customer service oriented and the ability to problem solve are competencies required for this role Desired knowledge of/skilled in: Microsoft Desktop and Server, Active Directory, Virtualization Basics, and Security Practices This position offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonus, with the potential for performance-based year-end bonus.
