Help Desk Specialist Apply
Perform onsite setup and installation of Poly (Polycom) conference room equipment Install and connect video conferencing hardware (camera, codec, microphones, speakers) Mount and connect displays as required Configure Poly devices for audio/video and network connectivity Perform testing to ensure end-to-end functionality Provide basic troubleshooting and support during setup Coordinate with remote teams as needed during installation Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with Poly / Polycom conference room setups Experience with AV hardware installation and cabling Basic networking knowledge (LAN connectivity, IP configuration) Ability to follow setup guides and client instructions Nice to Have: Previous experience with conference room AV deployments Familiarity with Zoom Rooms / Microsoft Teams Rooms using Poly devices #J-18808-Ljbffr
