Position: Help Desk Specialist

Location: Loves Park, IL (Fully Onsite)

Duration: 3-6 month contract (possibility of extension)

• The candidate will be assisting in end user support & a PC Refresh project. There will be procedures provided and should there be any questions, Orlando or other team members will be available for questions

Skill Requirements:

• Resolve level 1 hardware & software issues for end users.
• Candidate must have great communication skills providing updates to the team on progress, asking questions if getting stuck anywhere, etc.
• Must have experience imaging machines, setting up hardware, and tracking progress
