Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and availability of our technology systems. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees and clients.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests, resolutions, and procedures.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Provide training and support to staff on software applications and tools.
  • Monitor and maintain the IT inventory of equipment and software licenses.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in IT processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
