Compensation: $ 25-27/hour
As the Service Delivery Technician, you ll join our collaborative and engaging IT team. Your team provides desktop hardware configuration and upgrades, monitoring, software installations, hardware upgrades, imaging and PC deployment. You ll manage a Windows Environment, (AD account maintenance, security groups and permissions. Using our ServiceNow ticketing management system, you ll be installing and configuring standard desktop packages, liaising with third-party maintenance engineers as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an IT support role, involving extensive customer support, both remote and in-person
Full understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite
Ability to travel, and ability to pass a Jacobs' driving record review
Ideally, you'll also have:
A.S. or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
ServiceNow or related ticketing management system
